So that traffic stop at the mall back on Oct 6 ended with the driver taking off and clipping the officer's arm on the way out, with a kid sitting in the back seat no less. License was suspended and he wouldn't get out of the car. Millburn police picked him up in Newark the next day, charges include eluding and endangering.

Two weeks on and the officer's arm is the part nobody follows up on. Was there anyone else in that car besides the kid in back?

Yes, a front seat passenger too, per the Patch writeup, so three in the car counting the child in back.
