Leaf rules are up for Livingston. Three sections, and leaves only go in the gutter on your section's dates, 10 feet off any storm drain, max 7 days out. Last day at the curb is Sat Dec 12. If you're on a county road or Rt 10 it has to be bagged, free paper bags at the DPW garage, 235 S Livingston Ave, starting next Thursday Oct 15.

Worth flagging: the fines hit the landscaper too, not just you, so tell your guy the dates. And bag pickup at the DPW garage runs weekdays 7-3, Saturdays 7-2, with proof of address, through Dec 7.
