Spooky Spiotta is Sunday, Oct. 25, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Spiotta Park in downtown South Orange, and it's free: costume contest with prizes from local businesses, trick-or-treat stations, face painting and a Halloween obstacle course.

ok adding this to the calendar. does anyone know if the costume contest is at a set time within the 11-1, or do they just judge whenever? trying to plan around nap
