Five weeks is survivable, what worries me is whether the bus and PATH crowds stay bigger than usual once Nov 15 comes and goes.

the thing they're actually doing is moving the last track plus the overhead wires over, which retires the 116-year-old swing bridge for good. five weeks of this, done nov 15, and then supposedly no more of the delays that thing caused.

Five weeks is a long time to be improvising, and the morning crowd always figures it out faster than the late crowd does.
