Kiwanis Oktoberfest at the Livingston Oval Sunday, 11 to 6, $5 a head and the first 1,000 kids under 10 get a free pumpkin to paint. New this year: hot air balloon rides starting at 3, tickets sold on site by the PD beginning at 11, weather and wind permitting. Two bands, petting zoo, funnel cakes, and the money goes back to the fire dept and first aid squad.
