Vincent Battiloro pleaded not guilty yesterday to two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas on Burnside last September. He's 18 now, being tried as an adult, and his lawyers said they'll seek a change of venue and raise insanity and diminished capacity.
